Hot Mat Pilates

Feel the burn in Hot Mat Pilates. Set in a heated room (97°F–102°F), this class focuses on deep core work and controlled movements—you’ll stay on your mat for most of the class, engaging muscles you never knew existed. With the heat and intense focus, you’ll experience a full-body burn that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and electrified. Bring a mat, towel, and water, and be ready to go barefoot.

Heated Cardio Pilates

Take your workout to the next level with Heated Cardio Pilates! This high-energy, beat-driven class blends intense Pilates moves with cardio intervals, all in a heated room (97°F–102°F). You can expect a mix of standing movements and time on the mat, making this workout a full-body experience. Get ready to sweat, tone, and groove to the beat as you push your limits and feel that adrenaline rush. Bring a mat, towel, and water, and don’t forget to go barefoot!

Hot & Wild (Heated Mat Pilates/Yoga Combo)

Unleash your wild in our Hot & Wild class, where Pilates meets yoga in a room that sizzles (97°F–102°F). This hybrid class combines powerful core work with fluid yoga stretches, all set to high-energy beats that keep you moving. Expect a mix of mat-based work and standing flow, where you’ll feel free, energized, and totally in your element. Get ready to tap into your strength, stretch, and unleash your inner wild energy! Remember to bring an open mind mat, towel, and water, and you’ll also be barefoot. 

Hot Yoga

FAQs

What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Don’t worry if you forget—we have mats and full-size towels available for rent, and sweat/hand towels are free to borrow. Just show up and we’ll get you set!

Do I wear shoes during class?

Nope! All of our classes are done barefoot to help you connect with your mat, build strength, and move freely.

Are the classes really heated?

Yes! All classes are held in rooms heated to 97°F–102°F, designed to boost circulation, improve mobility, and elevate your workout intensity. Be ready to sweat and feel amazing.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! Keep an eye out for intro offers or new client specials on our website or Instagram. We love welcoming new faces!

I’m new to Pilates/Yoga. Can I still come?

Absolutely. Our classes are open to all levels, and our instructors offer modifications so you can go at your own pace. Come as you are—we’ll meet you there.

What if I feel dizzy or overwhelmed in class?

Listen to your body. You can always take a break, sip some water, or rest in a recovery position. Our instructors are here to support you every step of the way.

How do I book a class?

You can book classes through the Sol Fitness app or directly right here on our website. Just create an account, choose your class, and you’re in!

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $10 fee (for members) or the loss of a class credit (for drop-ins or class pack holders).

Your First Class Guide

Welcome to Sol Fitness! Whether you’re brand new to heated classes or just new to our vibe, we’re so pumped to have you. Here’s everything you need to know before stepping onto the mat:

What to Expect

You’re walking into a high-energy, beat-based class in a heated room (97°F–102°F). Expect to sweat, move with the music, and leave feeling strong, powerful, and fully electric.

We keep things fast, fun, and challenging—but always accessible. Modifications are offered in every class, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.

Studio Etiquette

• Be on time – We want you to be ready to rock and roll at class time, also to ensure safety and protect the experience for everyone.

• Stay present – No phone usage during class.  Phones must be placed on do not disturb if in the room. This is your time.

• Respect the vibe – We keep it fun, empowering, and inclusive. Bring good energy and support your neighbors.

• Stay for the full class – If you need to leave early, let your instructor know beforehand.

How Early Should I Arrive?

For your first class, plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled, check in, and meet your instructor.

Already signed your waiver online? Even better—just check in, breathe, and find your spot.

What to Wear

• Light, breathable activewear you can sweat in.

• No shoes – we train barefoot to stay grounded and aligned.

• Tie up long hair, and avoid anything that might slip or distract you.
